Jude Nwabuoku is a master cake designer and sugar-craft artist who passionately started the art of baking and decorating cakes when he was about 11 years old. He was elected to decorate the official Home Economics day cake while he was in high school. Today, he creates his realistic flowers and masterpieces from edible icings and frostings, and only uses the best quality ingredients in creating heart-warming cakes that defy category. He asserts
"the Lord has always been the source of my talent and creativity. Mama was another great tool that always bought me baking ingredients while I was learning to
bake sponge cakes and fruit cakes".
Jude graduated with Honors from the City University of New York, and has won several gold medals including the 'best cake in show award' in the field of sugar craft and cake decorating.
